We are committed to providing exceptional training experiences in Digital Marketing and SAP. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:
Money-Back Guarantee
- Two-Class Trial: We offer a two-class trial period for all new students. If, after attending two classes, you are not satisfied with the course content or delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund After Two Classes: Once you have attended more than two classes, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Refund
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the last attended class.
- Verification: The institute reserves the right to verify attendance records and other relevant information to process refund requests.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Misconduct: Any student found to be engaging in misconduct, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, harassment, or threats towards faculty or staff, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Course Completion: Once a student has completed the course, no refunds will be issued.
- Partial Course Completion: There are no partial refunds for students who withdraw from the course before completion.
Additional Considerations
- Payment Processing Fees: Any payment processing fees incurred by the institute will not be refunded.
- Course Materials: Students are responsible for returning all course materials in good condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Policy Changes: The institute reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
